EASY SCALLOPS 
1 lb. sm. scallops
1/2 stick butter
1 can cream of mushroom soup
Fresh mushrooms if desired

Melt butter in pan and add the can of soup. (You can add 1/4 cup of milk if you want plenty of gravy.) Add mushrooms now if you want. Bring to a hot temperature, and add the scallops. Cook for 5 minutes. Serve over noodles, rice or toast tips.
