HOMEMADE BAKED BEANS 
1 pkg. pea beans
1/4 lb. salt pork
1/2 c. brown sugar
1 tsp. dry mustard
1/4 c. maple syrup
1/2 c. molasses
1 onion
Salt and pepper
Celery salt

Wash beans and place in large bowl. Fill with water to cover the beans and sprinkle lightly with salt. Let stand overnight. Rinse and drain.

Combine remaining ingredients with beans, mixing well. Place in large casserole dish and bake at 250 degrees for 5-6 hours, stirring once every 30 minutes. Serve.
