HOMEMADE BAKED BEANS 
1 pkg. red kidney beans
Dash of salt & pepper
1 tsp. dry or prepared mustard
1 1/2 c. sugar
1 c. molasses
Chunk of pork salt (opt.)

Soak beans overnight in water. Drain next day and put in bean pot or large casserole dish. Sprinkle with salt, pepper, mustard; add sugar and molasses. Put pork salt on top. Add water until beans are covered. Bake at 350 degrees for 5 hours. Add water if necessary to loosen.
