1 c. butter
1 pt. cream
1/4 c. sugar
1 tbsp. canning salt

Fill a 9 x 13 pan 2/3 full of sweet corn that has been cut from the cob. Add ingredients. Bake at 325 degrees for one hour stirring often. Place in container and let cool, then freeze.
