ONION CELESTE 
2 lg. Spanish onions
2 tbsp. melted butter
1/2 lb. shredded Swiss cheese
Salt & pepper to taste
1 can cream of chicken soup
1 c. milk
8 slices French bread or croutons

Cut onions into rings and saute in butter about 20 minutes. Place in bottom of greased casserole. Put shredded cheese and salt and pepper over top.

Heat soup and milk together and pour over cheese and onion mixture. Top with bread slices or cover completely with croutons. Bake at 350 degrees for 30 minutes.
