WILD FOURTH GRADERS HOT DISH | |
1 can wild rice 1 can beef consomme 2 cans cream of chicken soup 1/4 tsp. each of celery salt, onion salt, garlic salt, poultry seasoning, paprika, pepper and parsley 1/4 c. almonds, slivered 1 1/2 lb. hamburger, browned with onion 1 bay leaf, crumbled Let rice stand in boiling water for 15 minutes. Drain and rinse well. Add other ingredients. Brown hamburger and onion. Refrigerate overnight. Cover and bake 1 1/2 hours to 2 hours at 350 degrees. Stir once in awhile. Uncover the last half hour. |
