BANANA SPLIT CAKE 
1 1/2 c. graham cracker crumbs
1 stick butter
2 c. confectioners' sugar
2 egg whites
1 (8 oz.) cream cheese
3 to 4 bananas, split lengthwise
1 lg. can crushed pineapple
1 c. chopped nuts
1 lg. pkg. Cool Whip
Maraschino cherries
Chocolate sauce

Blend butter with graham cracker crumbs in 9 x 13 inch pan. Press to make crust. Add egg whites to confectioners' sugar and blend until creamy. Add softened cream cheese to sugar and egg white mixture and blend again until creamy. Pour over crust. Layer sliced bananas over filling. Drain pineapple thoroughly and spread over bananas. Sprinkle 1/2 cup chopped nuts over pineapple. Spread Cool Whip over top. Place cherry halves on Cool Whip. Sprinkle with remaining nuts and drizzle with chocolate sauce.
