CHOCOLATE COVERED PRETZELS 
1 (6 oz.) pkg. milk chocolate pieces
1 tbsp. vegetable shortening
60 sm. pretzels

1. Melt chocolate with shortening in a small bowl over simmering water. Remove from heat, but keep over water.

2. Drop pretzels, one at time, into chocolate. Lift out with fork, lightly tapping fork against side of bowl to let excess chocolate drip into bowl.

3. Place pretzels on wire rack over wax paper. Allow to dry. Makes 5 dozen.
