STRAWBERRY RHUBARB DESSERT 
4 c. rhubarb, cut up
1 c. sugar
3 oz. pkg. strawberry Jello
2 c. miniature marshmallows
1 pkg. whipped topping, prepared according to pkg. directions
2 graham cracker pie shells

Cook rhubarb and sugar until rhubarb is soft. Add Jello and marshmallows to rhubarb mixture and stir until marshmallows are melted. Cool mixture. Mix whipped topping into rhubarb mixture. Pour mixture into pie shells. Chill until set.
