1 c. sugar
1 c. light Karo syrup
1 tbsp. butter
1 1/2 c. peanut butter
4 c. Special K cereal or any other cereal

Bring sugar and syrup to a boil; add butter and peanut butter. Stir until melted. Add cereal and mix well. Drop on waxed paper.
