SPAGHETTI CHEESE AMANDINE 
8 oz. spaghetti, broken into sm. pieces
1/3 c. butter
1 c. low fat cottage cheese
1/2 c. slivered blanched almonds

Cook spaghetti according to package directions, then drain. Melt the butter in a large skillet. Saute the almonds in the melted butter. Add the spaghetti and cottage cheese and toss constantly until heated. Serve hot. Yield: 6 servings. Approximate calories per serving: 260.
