SEAFARER'S PASTA SALAD 
4 oz. pasta, uncooked
1 (8 oz.) pkg. Louise Kemp Crab Delights chunks
1/2 c. celery, chopped
1/2 c. green onion, chopped
1/4 c. green pepper, chopped
2 tbsp. parsley, finely chopped

DRESSING:

1/2 c. mayonnaise
1/2 c. sour cream
1/4 c. chili sauce
2 tbsp. Dijon mustard

Cook pasta according to package directions in large saucepan. Drain. Combine remaining ingredients in large bowl. Stir together dressing ingredients. Toss with Crab Delight mixture. Refrigerate until ready to serve. Can be made a day ahead. Serve on lettuce if desired. Makes 4 servings.
