MUSHROOMS FLORENTINE 
This has been an all time favorite at Thanksgiving for 27 years. Even spinach critics enjoy this dish! Children love it! Try it!

1 lb. fresh mushrooms, sliced
1/4 c. melted butter
2 pkg. frozen chopped spinach
1/4 c. onion, chopped fine
1 c. cheddar cheese, grated
1 tsp. salt
Garlic to taste

Cook spinach as directed. Drain very well. Saute mushrooms in butter. Combine all ingredients. Place in a shallow 10 inch casserole. Bake at 350 degrees for 20 minutes.
