MARINATED VEGETABLE SALAD 
2 lg. heads broccoli
1 head cauliflower
1 bunch celery, chopped
6 carrots, sliced
10 lg. mushrooms, sliced
3/4 c. vinegar
1 1/2 c. sugar
2 1/4 c. oil
3 tsp. dry mustard
1 1/2 tsp. salt
3 tbsp. poppy seeds
1 sm. onion, grated

Prepare vegetables. Toss lightly and set aside. Combine the rest of the ingredients and pour over salad. Marinate at least 3 hours.
