1 1/2 lb. ground beef
1 egg
1/2 tsp. pepper
1 tsp. salt
1 1/2 c. tomato juice

Combine all ingredients. Mix well and pack into a 9 x 5 x 3 loaf pan. Spoon topping over meat and bake at 350 degrees for 1 1/2 hours or until done.

CATSUP TOPPING:

1/2 c. catsup
3 tbsp. light brown sugar
2 tsp. prepared mustard
