HAM AND NOODLE CASSEROLE 
2 c. uncooked noodles
1 (10 oz.) pkg. frozen chopped spinach
1 lb. cooked ham, cut in thin strips
1 (10 1/2 oz.) condensed cream of celery soup
1 c. grated American cheese
2 tbsp. milk
1 tbsp. prepared mustard
1/4 c. soft bread crumbs
Paprika

Cook noodles in boiling salted water until tender. Drain, cook spinach according to directions on package, drain when done. Combine noodles, spinach and ham in 1 1/2 quart casserole, mix together undiluted soup, cheese, milk and mustard. Combine with noodle mixture.

Top with bread crumbs, and sprinkle with paprika. Bake in 350 degree oven for 35 to 40 minutes until light brown. Serves 4 to 5.
