STRAWBERRY NUT PIZZA DESSERT 
CRUST:

1 c. flour
1/4 c. powdered sugar
1/2 c. butter

Heat oven to 350 degrees. Mix flour, sugar and butter in bowl. Stir with fork until all flour is moistened and cleans side of bowl. Pat in ungreased 12 inch pizza pan. Bake 10 to 12 minutes. Cool.

FILLING:

3/4 c. sugar
1 tsp. lemon juice
2 (8 oz.) pkg. cream cheese, softened

Combine and beat on high speed until smooth and fluffy. Spread over crust. Refrigerate 30 minutes.

GLAZE:

1/2 c. sugar
2 tbsp. cornstarch
1/2 c. water
1 qt. strawberries cut in half or 2 to 3 cups frozen fruit,
thawed and drained
1/2 c. chopped pecans

Mix sugar, cornstarch and water together. Cook over medium heat, stirring constantly, until it thickens and boils. Boil and stir one minute. Cool 10 minutes.

Stir in strawberries and pecans. Spoon over cream cheese mixture. Refrigerate one hour.
