STRAWBERRY PIE 
1 qt. strawberries
1 c. sugar
3 tbsp. cornstarch
Juice of 1 lemon
1 - 9 inch baked pie shell
1/2 pt. whipped cream or pkg. of Dream Whip

Wash and hull berries. Put half the berries in stewer and crush them with potato masher. Add sugar, cornstarch and lemon juice. Cook over moderate heat, stirring until thick and translucent. Cool. Save a few berries to decorate top. Cut the remaining berries in half and stir into cooked mixture. Pour into a cool pie shell. Garnish with whipped cream or Dream Whip and strawberries. Chill in refrigerator before eating.
