PEACHES 'N CREAM 
1 stick butter
3 eggs, beaten
1 c. confectioners' sugar
1 box crumbled vanilla wafers
1 pt. heavy cream, whipped
1 lg. can peaches, drained

In double boiler, add first 3 ingredients in order. Cook until custard, stir constantly, approximately 10 minutes.

Layer in 9"x13" pan.

1. 1/2 wafers

2. custard

3. 1/2 whipped cream

4. peaches

5. 1/2 whipped cream

6. wafers

Refrigerate overnight. Sprinkle with chopped nuts before serving (optional).
