2 doz. med. or lg. oysters
6 slices bacon (or more if needed)
Dash of Tabasco sauce

Put a drop of Tabasco on each oyster and wrap it in 1/2 slice of bacon. Place on greased baking sheet and bake in 450 degree oven until bacon is crisp. You may use a toothpick to secure the bacon around the oysters.
