LEMON POPPY SEED CAKE 
1 pkg. lemon cake mix
1 pkg. instant lemon pudding
4 eggs
1 c. water
1/2 c. oil (vegetable)
1/4 c. poppy seed

Mix all ingredients together on medium to high speed 2 minutes. Pour into 2 (greased and floured) bread pans or 1 Bundt pan. Bake at 350 degrees for 30-45 minutes or until toothpick comes out clean. Cool for 15 minutes. Glaze while still warm with 3/4 cup powdered sugar, 1 to 2 tablespoons fresh lemon juice.
