JO ANNE'S CHICKEN FRIED STEAK 
1 (3 lb.) round steak, tenderized, cut to serving sizes
1 c. flour
4 eggs
4 tbsp. vegetable oil
Lawry's coarse ground garlic powder
Progresso Italian style bread crumbs

Take the meat and rub the garlic powder in real good on both sides. A half teaspoon or so on each side. Dredge in the flour and pat in real good. Beat the eggs and dip the meat in them. Next dredge in the bread crumbs and fry in the hot oil until nice and brown. (Save the drippings in the skillet to make gravy with.)
