FAMOUS PATHFINDER BOURBON BEANS 
3 (1 lb.) cans B & M baked beans
1 tbsp. dry mustard
1/2 c. strong black coffee
1/2 c. bourbon
1 sm. can sliced pineapple
Brown sugar

Combine beans, mustard, coffee and bourbon in a buttered dish. Cover and refrigerate overnight.

Heat oven to 375 degrees, and bake beans, covered, for 1 hour.

Remove cover, arrange pineapple slices on top and sprinkle with brown sugar. Continue baking, uncovered, for 1 more hour or until liquid is absorbed. Serves 20.
