MOM MOLE'S LASAGNE 
2 tbsp. Crisco
1 clove garlic
1 med. onion (chopped)
1 lb. ground beef
2 tsp. salt
1/4 tsp. pepper
1/2 tsp. rosemary
1 (12 oz.) can tomato paste
3 c. hot water
1/2 lb. lasagne noodles
1/2 lb. cottage cheese
1/2 lb. mozzarella cheese

Make sauce with first 9 ingredients cooking 30 minutes uncovered. Cook noodles. In shallow pan put thin layer of sauce, 1/2 the noodles, cottage cheese then mozzarella. Repeat with 1/2 the sauce, the rest of the noodles and cheese in above order. Top with remaining sauce. Bake at 350 degrees for 45 to 60 minutes - until hot in center of dish. Let stand 15 minutes before cutting.
