ENCHILADA CASSEROLE 
1 lb. ground beef
2 med. onions, chopped
1 clove garlic, minced
1 tsp. salt
1/4 tsp. pepper
1 1/2 tbsp. chili powder
1 can chopped ripe olives
1 can tomato sauce
1 can enchilada sauce
1 1/2 c. grated cheese
1 pkg. tortillas

Brown meat, onions and garlic in oil. Add remaining ingredients except cheese and tortillas.

Alternate layers of buttered tortillas, meat sauce and cheese.

Pour 2/3 cup water in casserole.

Cover; bake 30 minutes at 400 degrees.
