PUMPKIN HOT CAKES 
3 eggs
1 1/2 c. milk
3/4 c. canned pumpkin
2 2/3 c. Bisquick
3 tbsp. sugar
1 1/2 tsp. pumpkin pie spice
1/3 c. cooking oil

Slightly beat eggs. Add milk, pumpkin, sugar, spice and oil; mix. Add Bisquick. Fry on griddle or in a pan. Batter will keep in refrigerator for several days.
