SWEETENED CONDENSED MILK
(MICROWAVE)
 
3/4 c. sugar
1/3 c. water
1/4 c. butter
1 c. dry milk crystals

In a 2 cup glass measure, add sugar, water and butter. Microwave (high) 1 1/2 to 2 minutes until mixture boils, stirring every 30 seconds. Combine in blender with dry milk. Process until smooth. Refrigerate until needed. Makes 1 cup. (Double recipe to substitute for 1 can sweetened condensed milk.)

Since microwave ovens vary in power, you may need to adjust your cooking time.
