SLUSH 
12 oz. can frozen pineapple juice
12 oz. can frozen lemonade
24 oz. water
1 c. light rum; or 3 oz. vodka
2 to 3 tbsp. sugar

Mix all together and keep refrigerated or in freezer. To serve, place scoop of slush in glass and fill with cold 7-UP or gingerale.
