HAWAIIAN TURKEY SALAD 
1 pkg. (1 lb.) frozen broccoli, cauliflower, and red pepper combination
1/3 c. mayonnaise or whipped salad dressing
1/3 c. sour cream
2 tbsp. cider vinegar
1/3 c. bottled chutney
2 c. green and red grapes
1 pkg. (1 lb.) cooked boneless turkey breast cut in 1/2-inch cubes
1 (8 oz.) can pineapple chunks, drained
1/2 c. chopped toasted Macadamia nuts, or almonds

Cook vegetable combination as package directs. Drain and rinse with cold water; set aside.

In large bowl, mix 1/8 teaspoon pepper, mayonnaise, sour cream, and cider vinegar until blended. Chop chutney; add chutney, vegetables, and remaining ingredients. Toss. If desired, serve in bowl lined with lettuce leaves. Makes 6 to 8 servings.
