UNCLE MARK'S CHOCOLATE CHIPS
COOKIES
 
3/4 c. butter flavored Crisco
1 1/4 c. firmly packed brown sugar
2 tbsp. milk
1 tbsp. vanilla
1 egg
1 3/4 c. flour
1 tsp. salt
3/4 tsp. baking soda
3/4 c. semi sweet chocolate chips
3/4 chunked almond bar (white)
1 c. pecans pieces

Heat oven to 375 degrees. Cream Crisco, sugar, milk in vanilla in bowl. Blend in egg. Combine flour, salt and baking soda. Gradually add to creamed mixture. Stir in chocolate chips and almond bark. Stir in pecans. Drop 2 tablespoons on ungreased cookie sheet, 3" apart. Bake at 375 degrees for 8 to 10 minutes. They will look light and moist. Cool 2 minutes on cookie sheet.
