CHICKEN ACAPULCO | |
1 pkg. lg. frozen flour tortillas 1/2 tsp. salt 1/2 tsp. oregano 1/4 tsp. pepper 2 cans cream of chicken soup 1 c. sour cream 1 c. chopped mushrooms 1 lg. onion, minced 1 c. slivered almonds 3 c. chicken 1/3 c. dry sherry 1/3 c. grated cheddar Mix all except 1 can soup. Spread on tortillas, roll up. Place close together in dish. Blend other soup with sherry (or milk) and pour over top. Sprinkle with cheese and other almonds. Bake at 350 degrees for 30 minutes. |
