SCANDINAVIAN SAUSAGE DELIGHT 
1 lb. turkey breakfast sausage (or other meat)
1 loaf firm white bread, French is preferable
Up to 1/2 lb. Cheddar cheese, shredded
5 eggs
3 c. milk
1-2 tsp. mustard
Pepper to taste

Brown sausage in frying pan with 2 tablespoons oil until well browned, about 10 minutes. Drain and set aside.

Cut sliced bread into 1 inch chunks. Spread half of these in buttered 9x13 inch pan. Top with sausage and cheese, and finish with the remainder of the bread.

With a whisk, blend milk, eggs and mustard and pepper; pour over casserole. Cover and chill for about 8 hours or overnight. Bake uncovered at 350 degrees for 50-55 minutes. Cut in squares to serve.
