MEAT LOAF WITH SAUCE 
1 1/2 lbs. ground beef
1 c. bread crumbs
1 onion, finely chopped
1 1/2 tsp. salt
1/4 tsp. pepper
2 tsp. Worcestershire sauce
1 egg, beaten
1 (8 oz.) can tomato soup
3 tbsp. vinegar
2 tbsp. brown sugar
1 tbsp. mustard

Mix beef, crumbs, onion, egg, salt, pepper, 1 tablespoon Worcestershire sauce, and 1/2 can tomato soup. Form in loaf and put in pan. Combine rest of soup with other ingredients and pour over meat loaf. Baste once or twice. Bake at 350 degrees for 1 hour. Serves 6. We call this Gourmet Meat Loaf!
