BRAN BROWNIES FAT-FREE
CHOLESTEROL-FREE
 
3 tbsp. cocoa powder
1 tbsp. instant coffee
1 tbsp. water
3 bananas
3/4 c. sugar
6 egg whites
1 tsp. vanilla
1 c. oat bran cereal
1/4 tsp. salt, optional
1 c. chopped nuts or raisins or add both

Combine the cocoa, coffee, water, bananas and mix in a blender. Add sugar, egg white and vanilla; mix well. Sift together oat bran cereal, salt then add to the mixture. Fold in the nuts and raisins.

Pour into 9 inch baking pan, spray pan with Pam or grease pan and flour. Bake at 350 degrees for 45 minutes. Cut into squares. You can wrap each piece and refrigerate.
