PINEAPPLE NUT CAKE 
2 c. sugar
2 eggs
1 tsp. pineapple or vanilla flavoring
1 c. raisins, light
2 c. all-purpose flour
2 tsp. baking soda
1/2 c. chopped nuts

Mix all together and put in an ungreased 9 x 13 inch pan. Bake at 350 degrees for 35 to 45 minutes. Cool and frost.

FROSTING:

1 (8 oz.) pkg. cream cheese
1 3/4 c. powdered sugar
1 stick butter
1 tsp. pineapple or vanilla flavoring

Mix until creamy.
