PECAN PIE 
9-inch unbaked pastry crust
3/4 c. sugar
2 tbsp. flour
1 tsp. salt
1 c. dark corn syrup
2 eggs
1/2 c. Pet evaporated milk
1 c. pecans
1 tsp. vanilla

Have ready a 9-inch crust. Turn on oven and set at 375°F (high moderate).

Mix in a 1 1/2-quart bowl the sugar, salt and flour. Stir in the syrup. Beat in the eggs, one at a time. Mix in the milk, pecans and vanilla. Pour into crust.

Bake for 50 minutes or until firm. Cool before serving.
