FRESH HOT TOMATO RELISH 
3/4 c. vinegar
1/4 c. water
2 tbsp. sugar
1 1/2 tsp. celery salt
1 1/2 tsp. mustard seed
1/2 tsp. salt
1/8 tsp. cayenne pepper
1/8 tsp. black pepper
6 lg. ripe peeled tomatoes, quartered
1 green pepper, cut in rings
1 onion, cut in rings
1 cucumber, sliced

Combine first 8 ingredients bring to boil, boil 1 minute. Combine tomatoes, green pepper, onion and cucumber. Pour hot mixture over vegetables. Cover and refrigerate at least 4 hours. 8 to 10 servings.
