HAMBURG SOUP 
1 1/2 lb. ground round
Lg. can crushed tomatoes
Lg. Spanish onion
6 celery stalks
6 med. carrots
6 lg. potatoes
Gravy Master
Soy sauce "shot"
Worcestershire sauce "shot"
Salt and pepper to taste

Cut vegetables in large pieces. Brown meat in fry pan. Put meat in large pot, fill about half full with water. Add gravy master until nice and dark. Soy and Worcestershire. Bring to boil. Add tomatoes, onions, celery, carrots. Simmer abut 2 hours until tender. Add potatoes last and when they are soft, SOUP'S ON. Also good with green beans, peas, etc.
