EASY POUND CAKE 
2 sticks butter
Pinch of salt
2 c. sugar
5 eggs
2 c. plain flour, sifted
1 tsp. lemon flavoring

Cream sugar and butter. Add eggs, 1 at a time. Add flavoring. Cut speed to #5. Fold in flour. Put in well greased and floured pan. Bake at 350 degrees for 1 hour.
