FESTIVE CHEESE BALL 
1 c. small curd cottage cheese
2 (8 oz.) pkg. cream cheese, softened
1 medium onion, finely grated
2 tbsp. Worcestershire sauce
1/2 c. chopped pecans
1/4 c. finely grated cheddar cheese
1 oz. Roquefort cheese, crumbled
dash of seasoned salt
1/2 c. chopped parsley

Combine cottage cheese, cream cheese, cheddar and Roquefort cheeses, onion, Worcestershire sauce, and seasoned salt. Shape into 2 balls. Roll each ball in pecans and then parsley. Chill.
