EGG NOODLES 
3 eggs, beaten
3 c. flour
3 tsp. salt

Mix together. You may need to add a little water, should have a moistness of a pie dough. Form into 3 small balls. Keep covered with a damp cloth. Roll out paper thin on a well floured surface. Slice with a pizza wheel and a ruler as wide as desired. Can dry on a rack or add immediately to soup. Takes about 20 minutes to cook, depending on how thick noodles are.
