IRISH STEW 
1/2 lb. hamburger meat
2 or 3 lg. potatoes
Onion (optional)

Put meat in 2 cups of water and bring to a boil. Let simmer 15 minutes. Add chopped onions and diced potatoes. Bring back to a boil. Let simmer 15 to 20 minutes. Add water if needed.
