“GOLDEN FIZZ” IS IN:

GOLDEN FIZZ 
Use a mixing glass. Fill glass with crushed ice. Add a 1/2 tablespoon of sugar and 4 dashes of freshly squeezed lemon juice. Stir in 2-3 jiggers of gin and the yolk of 1 egg.

Shake; strain into a cocktail (fizz) glass. Fill with seltzer water and serve immediately. Drink while still effervescing.
