1 pkg. softened cream cheese
3/4 c. brown sugar
1 tsp. vanilla
1 c. chopped salted peanuts
Apples
Orange juice

Blend all ingredients except apples and orange juice. Wash and slice apples into orange juice. Drain. Sprinkle additional chopped peanuts on top of dip. To serve, place apples around dip on plate. (Tastes like caramel apples.)
