APPLE SALAD 
1 (3 oz.) lemon Jello
1 c. boiling water
3/4 c. mini-marshmallows
1/4 c. chopped nuts
1 sm. crushed pineapple, drained
1 red skin apple, unpeeled & diced

Dissolve Jello in boiling water. Add marshmallows and stir until dissolved. Add pineapple juice. Chill, when partly set, add rest of ingredients. Chill until firm.
