SAUERKRAUT CASSEROLE 
1 lb. ground pork or sausage
1 (27 oz.) sauerkraut
1 lg. onion
1 1/2 c. cooked rice
1/2 pt. sour cream
Paprika
1 c. water

Fry pork until pink is gone. Sprinkle with paprika. Brown cut up onion and sauerkraut with paprika. Make layers of rice, sauerkraut, meat and onion in casserole. Do not have rice on top. Top with sour cream. Add 1 cup water. Cover and bake 45 minutes to 1 hour at 350 degrees.
