CROCK POT BEANS | |
8 slices bacon 4 med. onions 1 c. brown sugar 1 tsp. mustard 1/2 tsp. garlic powder 1 tsp. salt 1/2 c. cider vinegar 1 (16 oz.) can green lima beans 1 (16 oz.) can dark red kidney beans 1 (28 oz.) can pork & beans 2 (15 oz.) cans Great Northern beans Fry bacon until crisp. Remove from pan and crumble. Add onions, mustard, sugar, garlic, vinegar, and salt to bacon drippings. Cover and simmer for 20 minutes. Drain all beans, except pork & beans, and place all beans in crock pot. Add bacon and bacon drippings sauce to beans in crock pot. Mix well and cook for 2 hours on medium. |
