CHOCOLATE BOURBON PIE 
2 eggs
1 c. sugar
1/2 c. butter, melted
1 c. pecans
4 tbsp. bourbon
1 c. chocolate bits
3 tbsp. cornstarch
1 (9") pie shell
(I like Keebler graham cracker)

Beat eggs, gradually adding sugar. Add butter and bourbon. Blend in cornstarch. Stir in pecans and chocolate bits. Pour into pie shell. Bake 45 minutes at 350 degrees. Freeze well! May reheat.
