MOUNDS COCONUT BALLS 
3 1/2 c. powdered sugar
4 c. coconut
3/4 c. mashed potatoes (I used instant)
1/2 tsp. almond extract

Mix together and shape into 1 inch balls. It helps to wet hands often. Let sit a while to dry.

Melt under low heat:

4 sq. unsweetened chocolate
6 oz. chocolate chips
1/3 bar paraffin

Dip balls in and put on waxed paper. Put in refrigerator to harden.
