CATFISH STEW 
2 cans tomato soup
16 oz. can potatoes
Dash hot sauce
1 1/2 lb. catfish
2 cans water
1 sm. can creamed corn

Cook catfish in boiling water until it is white and flakes easily. Remove fish, cool and remove bones and any skin. Fish should be in very small pieces. In large pot, heat soup, water, corn and potatoes. Stir in milk and fish. Heat thoroughly. Simmer for 30 minutes, season with hot sauce, salt and pepper.
